This week we are back with a bit of a different topic - an HR topic.  Today we will share our approach to hiring.  It is slightly different from the standard HR playbook, but not too far off.  We consider it complementary.  Nevertheless, we thought it would be interesting to run through it and see if it sparks a discussion around our approach vs. yours.
